Columbus, OH – January 31, 2011 – Bob Foster joins Flairsoft as Product Manager.

Mr. Foster is a licensed Professional Surveyor and is skilled in the fields of surveying, geomatics and GIS.  He has over 20 years experience with route surveying and Right of Way projects of varying size for the US Army Corps of Engineers, the Ohio Department of Transportation, and county and local governments.
